The Elegant and the Rustic

We go to two vineries, starting with MORAMI, owned by Sabrina Morami who is also the winemaker. This place produces high end wines, one of the best you can find. Sabrina makes wines her way! We have a taste of ham and cheese plus, of course, tastes her wines. Her way of presenting the wines is special, you will see! If you happen to be in Copenhagen and eat at Noma, you can drink her Renaia wine. 

After we warmed up our taste buds we will head to a very famous wine family originating from Veneto, the Bollas. This family used produced wines on a more industrial scale, but that part is sold. One of family member, Paolo Bolla, went together with his family to Umbria and found this place and built it from nothing – Fontesecca. The wines states high quality and in a typical Umbrian style. All BIO certified, grapes are hand picked, sheep are pruning the grass, etc. You will meet Signor Bolla himself, who will present the wines. This is it!

We finish around 13:30/1:30 p.m. For those who wish I can arrange lunch nearby at cost price.
