Our Most Popular Tour

We start at 10:00/10 p.m. and go to a place called Pomario, outside of Piegaro. This winery is built to a modern facility from being abandoned in the 1960:ies. We will have a tour around the place including the garden. Everything here is produced BIO, the wine production of 25,000 bottles/years is BIO certified. Along with the tasting we will have some of the local hams, cheese, etc. to pair with the wine. All the wines you can see on a separate page.

At 12:00/Noon we continue to the Ficulle area, still in Umbria going south. The winery is called Vitalonga (long life) and have been in the same family for a very long time. On the way down from the main road there is a stunning view cross the valley over the Tuscan hills. A tour of the cantina and a 4-course lunch including 6 different wines, served by the owner, Signor Maravelle.

At approx. 15:00/3 p.m. we are leaving for the town Ficulle to visit a very famous pottery that is producing all kinds of pottery in the special Ficulle design, only made there.
